Alison has spent much of her career in education, sport and youth development working in 3 continents at senior levels in the public, private and NGO sectors. Her driving force is to make a positive difference in people’s lives particularly young people. Alison brings with her leadership and management skills with a variety of complementary skills in strategy, operations, finance, HR, monitoring and evaluation as well as risk management and business improvement. Alison contributes vision, out of the box thinking, innovation supported by consistency, integrity and analysis in the mix. Good governance is a particular interest as are sport, human nature and, when possible, travel.
